Public Telephones  Muswellbrook Marketplace has two public telephones.

Public Amenities  The Centre has amenities for general public use which are located adjacent to travelator. Each of these amenities contain an ambulant access for your convenience.

Parent’s Room  A Parent’s Room is available, providing a private place for feeding and changing children which includes a toilet facility for both adults and children, as well as a sink and baby change facilities.

Lift and Travelator Access  The lift and travelator are accessible from the carpark level. The lift and travelator are open 7 days a week during trading hours.

Access Ramp  An access ramp for easy access to the Centre is available from the carpark level.

Guide Dogs & Companion Animals Access  Muswellbrook Marketplace welcomes Guide Dogs and Companion Animals in the Centre. Certification must be carried by the owner at all times.

Mobility Scooters  Muswellbrook Marketplace welcomes customers who utilise mobility scooters, with easy access from Hill Street, the access ramp as well as the lift. We do ask that all users operate their machines at “Walking Speed”.

Bus Stop  A bus stop is located at Brook Street. Customers can find the bus timetable at the bus stop.

Lost and Found  Centre Management provides a Lost and Found service. Please contact the office via phone at (02) 6541 1500 Monday to Friday (9.00am to 4.00pm), or call in to the office located across from Big W.

Food Court  Muswellbrook Marketplace provides seating in the Food Court. There are high chairs available for use by customers. It is serviced by four (4) food operators.

Security  Muswellbrook Marketplace has Security Officers that provide the Centre and its customers with a Security Service seven (7) days a week. Each Security officer is in constant contact with Centre Management and our Cleaning Service by 2-Way radio. There is also a CCTV system which provides coverage of both the Retail and Carpark levels in the Centre. This system also records data.

Woolworths Petrol  Fill up with quality Caltex fuels at Muswellbrook Marketplace.

Muswellbrook Marketplace is also equipped with an ATM and “Return to Earn” Reverse Vending Machine.
